Born in Sweden, my search for deeper meaning took me across the globe, through Dubai, Costa Rica, Australia, and Ibiza. I was constantly searching, learning, evolving, and questioning everything I thought I knew about myself and the life I was here to create.

My own journey included chapters that challenged everything I thought I knew about myself. But those experiences are not my identity.

What I built from them is.

I became fascinated by the subconscious patterns that shape our reality, the beliefs that quietly keep us small, and our ability to transform when we finally change what’s happening beneath the surface of it all.

That journey became the foundation of the work I do today. I took everything I had learned, lived, and embodied and turned it into a framework for transformation, - one that has now helped thousands of people reconnect with their worth, break through the patterns holding them back, and step into the person they know they’re capable of becoming.
